User Information

The vehicle you have rented can only be used by the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form. No damage insurance is valid if third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle. You can purchase the "Additional Driver" service from our branches to increase the number of vehicle users. The additional driver must be purchased if there is someone other than the renter who will drive the vehicle. A maximum of 5 additional drivers can be assigned per vehicle. Rentals can be made under the age and license year conditions specified for the vehicle groups. If these conditions are not met, you can rent within the limits of the “Young Driver” service package by purchasing it. The Young Driver service package also includes the “Super Maximum Insurance” service. You can learn the fees of the Additional Driver and Young Driver Services from our reservation center and branches.

Age and License Year Conditions
The minimum age and license year information for vehicle groups are specified in the table below. Both the renter and the additional driver(s) must meet these conditions. The Turkish ID number must be present on the driver’s license. Combined licenses with new ID cards are not accepted for rental. You must have your driver’s license with you.
